Job description:

As opposed to agencies, at KNN Digital Media we build, develop and own our websites from scratch. Quality content and customer solutions are our key to success across industries and markets.

In this role you will focus on building relevant and high quality links for different verticals and international markets in close collaboration with the SEO team and external stakeholders.


Your Tasks:

  • You will establish relationships with partners and collaborate with relevant sources to build editorial and high quality natural links.
  • You will perform end to end outreach processes for several brands across different verticals and markets.
  • You will develop and optimize PR and content initiatives aligned with link building, and SEO goals and requirements.
  • You will audit, monitor and reinforce backlinks profiles quality.
  • You will contribute to optimize offpage / onpage sinergies for our websites by using a wide range of online marketing and SEO industry tools.
  • You will be part of the SEO team and collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will periodically report on link building success and referral traffic by using tools such as Ahrefs or Google Analytics.
  • You will learn, execute and share the latest outreach and content promotion strategies.


Requirements:

  • You write and speak English at a native level and are fluent in Spanish. German and French are a plus.
  • 3+ years of professional SEO experience building high quality links and creating a contacts portfolio .
  • You have a proven track record of link building success.

Job description:

KNN Digital Media is looking for a new colleague to manage a portfolio of B2C own brands of the Health and Beauty industries.

Key responsibilities are the following:

  • Develop product strategy based on the prevalent state of eCommerce business, and create product roadmaps.
  • Create a high level of website and mobile app functionality, and deliver the optimal user experience.
  • Ensure that eCommerce sites run smoothly, the demands and feedback of the customers are heard, and that the quality of the new products is as per set standards.
  • Determine the optimal customer experience.
  • Serve as a liaison between the technical team, business development managers and executives, as well as other stakeholders.
  • Conduct extensive market research and create realistic user stories for service optimization.
  • Collaborate regularly with the product team to develop and introduce new site features as needed.
  • Assist business developers in analyzing all the business requirements and coordinate efforts to increase business.
  • Building the training pipeline and creating all the training materials needed to get existing stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Prior experience working in e-commerce companies/projects with a proven track record.
  • US Market knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills to work with financial numbers, problem identification and resolution abilities.
  • Good written communication skills.

Job description:

We are looking for a meticulous Payment Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a skilled professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, who has excellent analytical skills. He/she will be working closely with the holding Direction in order to handle the e-payments department.

Main Tasks:

  • Manage new commercial agreements with payment providers, as well as maintain the existing ones.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the payment gateways with the relevant teams within the company.
  • Manage and process the PCI compliance protocol for projects that require it.
  • Define and manage the traffic distribution strategy of payment providers according to the main KPIs.
  • Define and manage the strategy for each project in terms of the chargebacks management and interlocution of external companies.
  • Manage strategic third-party relationships with suppliers, especially with PayPal and credit card providers.
  • Work with partners in Business Intelligence & Product Development to create efficiency.
  • Analyse the main KPIs of the area.
  • Weekly reports to the holding Direction.

  • Advanced level of Spanish and English (business management).
